You can use Professional Short URL Cloaking Service to shortten url for twitter.com
It's easy, click to Professional Short URL Cloaking Service paste your link to red form and click to short. If you want shortten bulk url click to advance, paste multi url you need shortten to "Bulk Submission (start new URL from new line)" and click to "Bulk submit"
