Man Who Rapped About Killing Cops Charged With Making Terrorist Threats

A Philadelphia man who rapped about killing cops in a YouTube video has reportedly been charged with making terrorist threats.

According to The Evening Bulletin, Andre Moore, 44, released a video on YouTube in June rapping about killing police officers while wielding a gun.

Moore would also instruct viewers how to load a gun and "shoot them dead"

The video, which has been removed off YouTube, was filmed by Moore's twelve-year-old son.

“This just shows the level we're sinking to in the city as far as respect for law and order,” said Jim Wheeler, spokesman for the Fraternal Order of Police.

Moore was charged yesterday (August 13) with making terrorist threats and corrupting the morals of a minor. He was sentenced to six to 23 months house arrest followed by three years of probation.

Moore, who worked as a security guard, remains in custody on $500,000 bail.
