Mos Def, Pharcyde Celebrate Labor Day

Rappers Mos Def, The Pharcyde and Atmosphere will join The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) today (September 1) during the Take Back Labor Day Festival in St. Paul, Minnesota. This is the inaugural year for SEIU’s festival, which celebrates the many contributions of organized labor in the United States. The concert will take place from 3-7 PM and will also feature performances by Steve Earle, Billy Bragg, Tom Morello and friends, Allison Moorer and others. The Take Back Labor Day Festival takes place at Harriet Island Regional Park. Tickets are $15 to attend the concert.
